Quick Question? Text Me!Veterans and active-duty service members selling a home in Maricopa County can list with me at a 2% listing fee, with full service and no corners cut. It's my way of giving back to the people who served.
The 2% is my listing fee, paid at closing from the sale proceeds. Buyer-broker compensation, if you choose to offer any, is a separate decision we'll talk through together. All fees are negotiable and set in a written listing agreement before anything happens. Proof of service is required.
On a $450,000 sale, a 2% listing fee is $9,000. Your total selling costs will also depend on any buyer-broker compensation you offer, title and escrow fees, prorations and any repairs or credits. I'll give you a written net sheet before you list.
